Samantha Donohoe has a lifelong passion for animals, which began with her involvement in 4H, where she showed and cared for livestock at local farms. Her dedication to animal care was evident from an early age, as she spent her high school years working at various horse barns in the area, gaining hands-on experience in equine management and care.
Samantha is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in animal science with a focus on the pre-vet track at the University of Rhode Island. Her academic journey is marked by her commitment to excellence and her desire to deepen her knowledge in veterinary medicine. She actively participates in university research projects and internships, further honing her skills and preparing for a future in veterinary practice.
Samantha’s long-term goal is to become a veterinarian, specializing in large animal care. She is particularly interested in equine medicine and aims to contribute to the health and well-being of horses through innovative treatment and compassionate care. Her dedication, combined with her extensive experience and education, makes her a valuable asset to any veterinary team.
